The Story

This was once the office lounge of a family of watchmakers. After sitting empty for 20 years, it was turned into an evening natural wine bar. The cypress ceiling, stained glass, arched windows and plaster statues all stayed. It was not decorated to look like an old house. It is one.

Downstairs, the day runs on work and coffee. From 16:00, this floor switches to the pace of a glass of wine and a good conversation.

Wine & Food

The wine list comes in three parts: “Marks of Time”, “Portraits of Terroir” and “Flavors of Consciousness”. Each glass is meant to bring out a particular angle, not just be another natural wine.

The Taiwanese fusion bar food is another highlight, including marinated quail eggs, chicken soup with pickled chili and pomelo, and longlàjohn pork sauce noodles, putting home-style Taiwanese flavors and a relaxed wine bar on the same table.
