The restroom in the space can be used for changing
Please keep camera gear and personal items inside the bar area. If you need more room, 4F lockers are available to rent. Nothing may be left in the hallway outside the bar
There is no separate hair and makeup room. Hair and makeup done at the bar or seating area counts toward your rental time. For a separate room to change and get ready, add the small meeting room

To protect the bar equipment and keep it hygienic, nothing behind the bar (glassware, ingredients, tools) may be taken or used
The area behind the bar is a professional work area. Please don't enter it or move anything there. If you need something, ask our staff
The fine wine glasses are only for alcoholic drinks ordered from the bar
No bar appliances (coffee machine, fridges, oven, etc.) may be operated
If you need plates or other tableware, please ask our staff first
Breakage: NT$600 per wine glass, NT$200 per plate or dish

The old windows and iron window grilles by the bar are fragile. Please don't move, pull or lean on them
If you have special power needs, check the electrical load during a site visit before the shoot. If your shoot trips the power for other areas, the renter covers what affected customers spent that day
After the shoot, please return the space to how you found it (furniture back in place, trash cleared). Hard-to-clean mess (lots of petals, glitter or liquid splashes) may incur a special cleaning fee from NT$2,000
The renter is fully responsible for repair costs if the shoot damages furniture or the space (sofas, window grilles, window frames, bar top, etc.)

Payment
- A 50% deposit is due within 3 days of confirming your booking
- The balance is paid on the shoot day by cash or bank transfer
Rescheduling & cancellation
- Rescheduling: Let us know at least 14 days before your shoot to reschedule once for free. The new date must be within 6 months of the original date.
- Cancellation: Cancellations within 14 days of the shoot (inclusive) can't be rescheduled, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Example
- If your shoot is on May 20:
- Notify us on or before May 5 → one free reschedule
- Notify us on or after May 6 → within the 14-day window, deposit non-refundable
